COVID 19 Update – 13/4/2022

Wed Apr 13 03:02pm

13/04/2022

Good afternoon Stanley Avenue Whānau,

Great news, today we have zero positive cases to report. From the start of Term 2, we will no longer be reporting on school covid cases.

We wish you a happy Easter holiday and School holidays.

A reminder if you test positive you must isolate for 7 days. Household contacts will need to isolate with you for 7 days.

Your 7 days starts from either the day:

your symptoms started
you received a positive test result (if you do not have any symptoms).
This is called Day 0.

If someone in your house tests positive, they will need to restart their 7 days. The rest of your house can still end their isolation when you do.

If you are symptom free at the end of your 7 days you can return to school/ place of work. A negative test is now not required. (As stated by the Ministry of Health)

It is incredibly important that you communicate any positive household cases with the school, of which we will take a confidential approach. Remember: If a Stanley Avenue child or one of their household, has tested positive… Ring the school immediately: 07 8848479 or after hours: 021 1381983.
