Covid-19: Update 15th March 2022

15/03/2022

Tēnā koutou i tēnei ahiahi  Stanley Avenue Whānau,

I wish to inform you of 3 new confirmed positive cases. One case each are in Rooms 1, 13, & 9. These students are at home self- isolating and were last at school on Friday 4 March.

Due to the changes with regard to close contacts, unless students are household contacts of a  positive covid case they are not required to self isolate. However, it’s vitally important to not send your children to school if they are displaying any symptoms and get them tested straight away.

A reminder that as of 11.59 pm Friday 11th March, the self isolation time frame changed from 10 days to 7 days.

It is incredibly important that you communicate any positive household cases with the school, of which we will take a confidential approach. Remember: If a Stanley Avenue child or one of their household, has tested positive… Ring the school immediately: 07 8848479 or after hours: 021 1381983.
