Covid-19: Update 29th March 2022

29/03/2022

Good afternoon Stanley Avenue Whānau,

Great news, I wish to inform you of another day of zero reported cases from school.

Today our attendance of students physically at school is at 85%. Well done Team Stanley!

A reminder if you test positive you must isolate for 7 days. Household contacts will need to isolate with you for 7 days.

Your 7 days starts from either the day:

  • your symptoms started
  • you received a positive test result (if you do not have any symptoms).

This is called Day 0.

If someone in your house tests positive, they will need to restart their 7 days. The rest of your house can still end their isolation when you do.

If you are symptom free at the end of your 7 days you can return to school/ place of work. A negative test is now not required.

It is incredibly important that you communicate any positive household cases with the school, of which we will take a confidential approach. Remember: If a Stanley Avenue child or one of their household, has tested positive… Ring the school immediately: 07 8848479 or after hours: 021 1381983.

Please note the Community Testing and RATs collection site is located at:

Spur Street Car Park, Te Aroha

1.00 – 3.00 pm

Seven days a week.
