We are a very diverse group, each one of us bringing our own set of talents/experience. What we share is a willingness to work together to make a difference for all Stanley Ave children. Stanley Avenue School PTA has a strong history of commitment to our school.

What we do
In a nutshell, we raise money to provide resources and opportunities for ALL Stanley Avenue School Children. We also act in a service role at school events like Graduation and Speech Evenings. Being on the PTA offers the opportunity to develop new skills and of course, develop new friendships along the way, we have a lot of fun while we work.
Some of the ways we have fundraised in recent years include:
Twilight Galas; Disco’s; Annual Cake Stall; Drive-In Movie; Sausage Sizzles; Friday Lunches; Juicies; Catering; Ladies evening; Jumble Sale; Raffles; College Ball; Meetings
Meetings are held three times a year, usually in the staffroom. All Stanley Ave parents are welcome and we provide a child-friendly area if needed.
Friends of the PTA
Anyone who would like to be involved in a smaller way can become a ‘Friend of the PTA’. Friends of the PTA are a shortlist of people who are able to help out at different events, they are our first port of call when we need extra hands.
Where the money goes
